1. Payouts
• Affiliate commissions are paid 30 days after the successful delivery of the referred customer’s order.
• This period allows for order verification, returns, cancellations, or fraud checks before payout is released.
• Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment details.
1.1 Initial Payout Requirement
To be eligible for your first commission payout, you must generate a minimum of three (3) successful, completed sales through your affiliate link.
Once this initial threshold has been met, all future eligible commissions will be paid on an ongoing basis in accordance with our standard payout schedule. There is no requirement to generate an additional three sales for subsequent payouts.
2. Attribution Rules
• Valid Attribution: Sales must be attributed to video content created and shared by the affiliate (e.g., YouTube, TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.).
Invalid Attribution:
• Any sale attributed to ChatGPT links, AI-generated text links, or AI chatbot outputs will be treated as a serious violation.
• Affiliates may not post, distribute, or share affiliate links through ChatGPT or similar AI conversational platforms for the purpose of driving sales.
3. Strict Policy on ChatGPT Attribution
• Zero Tolerance: If even one sale is attributed to ChatGPT or any AI chatbot tool, the affiliate partnership may be immediately terminated.
• Forfeiture of Commissions: Any unpaid commissions may be forfeited, regardless of whether they were generated through compliant methods.
• No Exceptions: This rule applies without exception. Affiliates must ensure that their links are not being promoted via ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
4. Other Policy Violations (Also Grounds for Immediate Termination)
• Misrepresentation of the brand or false advertising.
• Spam tactics, misleading claims, or deceptive marketing practices.
• Fraudulent orders, self-purchases, or attempts to game tracking systems.
• Any activity that harms the brand’s reputation or violates applicable laws.
5. Monitoring & Enforcement
• We reserve the right to audit affiliate traffic sources at any time.
• Affiliates must be transparent about their promotional methods.
6. Termination
• Violation of these terms, including the ChatGPT attribution ban may result in immediate termination of the partnership.
• Termination may include loss of all pending commissions.
7. Changes to Terms
• These terms may be updated at any time. Affiliates will be notified of significant changes, and continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance.
