Our warranties protect against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. For clarity, they do not cover damage resulting from accidents, collisions, misuse, improper installation, extreme weather, normal wear and tear, or product alterations.
Upon receiving your order, we encourage you to carefully examine all items. Should you identify any faults or transit damage, please submit a warranty claim within 48 hours of delivery.

What is covered by warranty?
Warranty Duration
Our products are covered by a 5-year structural warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty is extended to the original purchaser, ensuring protection against structural defects, including issues with hinges, doors not opening properly, and other related structural malfunctions.
Structural Coverage
The warranty specifically covers structural defects that affect the functionality and integrity of the product. This includes but is not limited to problems with the construction, materials, and workmanship related to the product's structural components. Cosmetic damage, eg. powder coat finish, is not covered by structural warranty.
Not Covered by the Warranty
For clarity, our warranties do not extend to issues arising from accidental damage, encompassing collision or impact; misuse of the product; improper installation; damage caused by extreme weather; normal wear and tear that occurs naturally over time; cosmetic damage that does not impact the product's intended function; or any modifications or alterations to the product, both before and after installation, such as the installation of stud mount numbers into a parcel box.
Rusting
Thanks to their zinc coating and durable powder coat finish, our parcel boxes are built to last. Similar to a car's exterior, rusting is generally only a concern if the surface protection is damaged, exposing the underlying material. Our structural warranty provides assurance against naturally occurring rust, separate from any rust caused by damage or alterations to the product.
